April 13th 2012 - Retail Store Door

Jeremy,
I wanted to extend a warm THANK YOU for helping out with the emergency at the PetSmart 1749.  The overhead door was ripped out and the store was not able to be secured.  Your team went out and blocked in the door, and because this was a vital door and they had some large shipments due by Friday, even though your service day was booked, you went above and beyond to get the door repaired before Friday.  I have received a compliment from both the store and PetSmart corporate of a job well done.

January 18th 2012 - Industrial Gate

Hi Jeremy: 

It was a pleasure to have spoken with you today. Just got back in from working on our security gate. Yes that fuse was blown! Changed it and the red lights in the photo eyes came back on. I see why the gate was opening back up when in the closed position. The receiver claw at the closed position is being whacked by the gate and turned sideways. Thus just like my garage door at home, when a bicycle is in the way on the garage floor, the door reverses.

So adjusted the closed limit back and took a sledge hammer to straighten out the receiver claw. Thank you so much for the tips this afternoon .

I have relayed to my boss  my good fortune on having found a solid contact in the sliding gate business. I recommended that he now call on you for assistance and on-site repairs. I have given him your name and number for future reference.

February 25th 2009 - Residential Garage Door

Hello:

I didn’t see you last week, so I just wanted to pass on that the capping guys were here last week and the doors look FANTASTIC. What a difference! They did a great job and we will have them back for some other exterior capping around the man and sliding doors etc. It really helps tie it together.

No more problems with the controller opening either, Jason fixed that up fine and the way the capping was done, the trim doesn’t twist any more either.
